Company Overview

Founded in 1999 Executive Housekeeping Services has become a name synonymous with Sanctuary Cove and Hope Island residents for our ability to provide an unrivalled Quality Cleaning Solution with an edge.

In April 2010 with a new change in ownership and management structure these attributes were enhanced, and in response to the increased demand for a more uniform and “One Call Does It All” property solution by our customers, Executive Property Services was formed, offering a quick, qualitative and competent solution for all your property cleaning and maintenance needs.

Executive Property Services is well positioned today to offer a very competitive cleaning service while maintaining our reputation and vision of also providing an above standard of clean to each and all of our clients, this is the reason why we are “Executive” in all we do.

We have been extremely fortunate in being able to put together a great team of people, who share our vision to provide a high quality standard of service and clean each and every time.

Executive Property Services currently serves in excess of 250 residential customers in the Northern Gold Coast region with an emphasis on the very exclusive Sanctuary Cove and Hope Island residents and employs in excess of 20 people in this immediate area alone.

Today we have Commercial Clients spanning from the Gold Coast to Brisbane across: Corporate Sites, Strata Titled Offices, Child Cares, Banks and Finance, Shopping Centres, General Retail, Real Estate and Builders and many more, with our list of happy customers and testimonials to the quality of our service growing each week.

The Range of services currently on offer by us:

Offering a full and detailed cleaning service to our residential clients, including but not limited to: General dusting, Full Floor Cleans and Above and beyond attention to detail to the areas most others miss.

Property and General Maintenance:

This service refers more to the exterior clean and maintenance of properties, including some general repair and maintenance (Handy man) work as required by most properties.
